How to use:

• Click and drag on the image to draw blur/pixelate areas
• Choose your preferred effect type and shape in the right panel
• Adjust effect strength as needed
• Use "Undo Last" to remove the most recent effect
• Click "Clear All" to remove all effects
• Download your edited image when ready
